BUILDING LAND WITH OUTLINE PLANNING PERMISSION FOR RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT OF 15 - 17 PLOTS THE SITE The site comprises the house, gardens and additional land to the rear which is an old railway cutting which was filled some time ago. A number of plans have been prepared by the architects showing possible developments of between 15 and 17 dwellings (detached and semi detached houses) with access to the site being off Wombwell Lane. The development would be dependent upon No. 41 Wombwell Lane (Clae Cott) being demolished.
