We are currently recruiting for a leading retail head office, which are expanding a rapid speed and are now looking for an experienced Advertising Coordinator to join their Marketing Team. Your responsibilities will include: Briefing external agencies on creative style and content of press advertsEnsuring all internal stakeholders approve all press advertisingMaintaining close links with advertising agencies, media agencies and other external groups connected to press and drive work through these agencies.Secure product samples and briefing photographers for press advertisingTogether with the media agency, ensuring booking of press space on a national and local level is achieved as required and gain internal approval prior to bookingOverseeing and monitoring the vouchering procedure to guarantee the quality of press advertising on a weekly basis and seeking compensation when our standards are not met.
